Providence Country Club

Providence Country Club is a great golf course for all skill levels. It has a beautiful view and is very challenging to play. The staff is very friendly and helpful to all golfers, including beginners. They can even give you tips to help you improve your game.

The club has an impressive golf course that is designed by Dan Maples and offers bent grass greens. The course is set in a wooded environment with stunning views of Lake Wylie. Quail Hollow

Quail Hollow is a premier golf course that provides a stern test for even the most elite players. The course has hosted the Wells Fargo Championship for several years and will host the 2022 Presidents Cup.

The course features rolling meadows, marshes, pine and deciduous woods, along with a manor house, gardens and scenic woodland trails. The clubhouse offers a variety of social activities and seasonal events. There is also a 2-acre Shady Lane Pond, which can be used for fishing with a valid fishing license.

The course has a dramatic finale with the 15th hole. It features a lake that runs down the left side of the fairway and a green on top of a massive rise. Spectators will be able to see this hole up close during the Presidents Cup tournament.

Renaissance Park

Renaissance Park is a master-planned golf club community  that offers residents the opportunity to experience an authentic lifestyle in a place that fosters social activity. The Renaissance Park Skatepark features a street plaza bookended by quarterpipes and banks. The skatepark was designed by Spohn Ranch Skateparks and opened in 2021. The park provides an incredible venue for skaters to practice their skills in a safe environment. The Skatepark also hosts local competitions and is a great place to meet other skaters.

The Tradition

The Tradition is a private country club with two 18-hole championship golf courses, a swimming pool and a full range of activities. The club is located in a beautiful area with towering oaks and natural water features. It is a great place for golfers of all levels to enjoy. The Tradition has been voted a top Florida golf course by both Golf Digest and Florida Golf Magazine.

The club is home to the Regions Tradition, a PGA Tour Champions event that has been held annually since 1989. The tournament is unique in that it is the only senior major that does not require a winner’s exemption into the PGA Tour or European Tour events.

The Tradition is a Donald Ross design, though the original course was expanded and tinkered with by various architects. In 2007, the club hired Ross expert Ron Prichard to restore the holes. The result is a course that pays tribute to the original Donald Ross pedigree, while utilizing modern green technology and construction.
